Some banks focus on companies with more than $100 million in revenues and pass the smaller companies around from one person to another. We take a personal approach to banking, whether your company has $5 million in revenues or more than $100 million.

You may have noticed the big banks go through employees on a regular basis, primarily by promotion or turnover. Turnover throughout ICB Commercial Bank is very low and achieving your satisfaction and loyalty is our primary goal. This satisfaction stems from the relationship that our professionals have with you. With years of commercial banking experience, our bankers know how you would like to be served. We evaluate your company's needs with your personal input and, in turn, provide custom-designed solutions for you. The structure of loans - the length and repayment schedule - will be customized.

ICB employees meet several times a week to finalize approval on loan and deposit opportunities, ensuring a timely decision. It may take two or three weeks to learn if your loan will be approved with "the big banks", but you'll generally have a response from us within a week. We'll also offer you a variety of terms for your loan. For example, you may initially want a fixed-rate, 15-year loan. Other banks may simply agree and move forward. We will explore alternatives that may be less expensive and otherwise more advantageous for you.

Our Commercial & Industrial area focuses on owner-operated businesses generally with revenues of $5 million or greater for loan, lease, deposit, treasury management and to support other banking needs. For instance, your business might be seasonal in nature and thus you may benefit from a Commercial Line of Credit for additional cash flow during the "off season." Or you may want to ensure continuous cash flow and liquidity by selling your accounts receivables to ICB. Or you may simply want a term loan. We promise to work with you to best meet your needs. We're flexible and will accommodate your needs quickly, without the usual layers of bureaucracy slowing down the process. While our pricing is competitive with any bank, our primary focus is being responsive to you as our client. You have direct access to your personal banker, and other bank officers when you need them. If you are not able to reach us right away and your call is left on voicemail, you will receive a prompt return call (usually within two hours). Our account service team works in tandem with your personal banker in order to provide additional assistance when needed. You will never feel lost in a sea of thousands.
